House SP ist ein architektonisches Transformationsprojekt, das zeitgen\u00f6ssische \u00c4sthetik, Energieeffizienz und hohe Wohnqualit\u00e4t vereint. Die Ma\u00dfnahme umfasst die Renovierung und Erweiterung eines bestehenden Wohngeb\u00e4udes mit der Schaffung von zwei neuen Wohneinheiten: einer grossz\u00fcgigen Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss und eines eleganten Maisonette-Apartments, das sich \u00fcber das zweite und dritte Obergeschoss erstreckt. Um diese neue Konfiguration zu realisieren, wurden das erste Obergeschoss und das Dachgeschoss abgerissen und nach einem innovativen Konzept neu aufgebaut, das nat\u00fcrliches Licht und die Verbindung zwischen Innen- und Au\u00dfenr\u00e4umen betont. Das Erdgeschoss blieb erhalten und wurde nur an der Aussenfassade saniert.<\/p>\n

Im ersten und zweiten Obergeschoss erstreckt sich eine Terrasse zwischen den Zweigen eines alten Walnussbaums, der zum zentralen Element des Wohnraums wird und das einzigartige Gef\u00fchl vermittelt, inmitten der Natur zu leben Die \u00d6ffnung zum Garten verst\u00e4rkt diese direkte Verbindung zum Au\u00dfenraum, w\u00e4hrend die Nordfassade bewusst geschlossen gehalten wurde, um die Innenr\u00e4ume vor Stra\u00dfenl\u00e4rm zu sch\u00fctzen und mehr Privatsph\u00e4re sowie akustischen Komfort zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

Ein zentrales Element des Projekts ist die Panoramaterrasse im obersten Stockwerk \u2013 ein offener Raum mit Blick auf die Umgebung, der den Wohnbereich harmonisch erweitert. Eine Au\u00dfentreppe verbindet die Ebenen auf elegante Weise und unterstreicht die dynamische Struktur des Geb\u00e4udes. Die Materialwahl unterstreicht die anspruchsvolle Minimal\u00e4sthetik der Architektur: wei\u00dfer Putz f\u00fcr die Fassaden, schwarze Metallverkleidung f\u00fcr das Dach, verzinkte und pulverbeschichtete Metallgel\u00e4nder in Schwarz-Braun sowie gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Verglasungen, die Innen- und Au\u00dfenraum miteinander verschmelzen lassen.<\/p>\n

Die Energieeffizienz wird durch dreifach isolierte Glasfassaden, Fenster und ein fortschrittliches W\u00e4rmepumpensystem gew\u00e4hrleistet, das ganzj\u00e4hrig f\u00fcr ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgt. Die besondere Faltung des Dachs wird zu einem ikonischen architektonischen Element, das faszinierende Lichtspiele und dynamische Raumstrukturen erzeugt. Im obersten Stockwerk profitieren Wohn- und Schlafbereiche von offenen Ausblicken und einer einladenden Atmosph\u00e4re, wodurch Haus SP ein perfektes Beispiel f\u00fcr eine Architektur wird, die Design, Funktionalit\u00e4t und zeitlose Sch\u00f6nheit in Einklang bringt.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
