Immersed in an impressive landscape of snow and fog last Friday, the whole team took a day off.
A day of team building in the name of sport. Skiing, snowboarding and trekking, surrounded by fresh air and falling snowflakes, helped the entire team to relax and recharge their batteries. Bidding farewell to winter and awaiting the arrival of a sweet
The day ended with a pleasant lunch at the alpine hut, accompanied by good food, many toasts and lots of laughter.

We are pleased to announce that the HOUSE CAREZZA project has won the BIG SEE ARCHITECTURE AWARDS in the RESIDENTIAL – HOUSING category. Two new wooden houses translate the alpine architectural tradition of farmhouses into the present by combining materials such as wood and stone with modern technologies
We are pleased to announce that the SCHLOSS PLARS project has won the BIG SEE ARCHITECTURE AWARDS in the TOURISM BUILDINGS category. The new extension Schloss Plars wine & suites was born from the need to extend the main structure of the historic castle and is generated between the meeting of nature, culture and tradition.
To coincide with the KlimaHouse 2025 trade fair, the KlimaHouse Agency together with the South Tyrolean Architecture Foundation organised KlimaHouse Tours, i.e. guided tours to discover cutting-edge sustainable architecture projects. This year, our House Carezza project was one of the stops on the tour, and on Thursday 30 January, Patrik took part in the tour, telling a group of students and interested parties about the HOUSE CAREZZA project in Carezza, demonstrating its innovative qualities and cutting-edge technologies, which have given the building the KlimaHouse A Nature certification.
The monovolume architecture + design studio designs a ClimaHouse A Nature-certified housing complex using ‘km 0’ materials.
