The new church building yard, located on the trapezoidal plot east of the city center, between the newly designated residential zone and the railway line to meet the existing level difference of about 3 meters advantage.
Almost all of the required space program is inserted into the existing terrain, and the roof of the building yard, designed as intensive green roof, which follows the course of the natural terrain.
Thus, the approximately 18-meter-wide strip east of the residential area, which is designed as green space and is planned as a buffer to the commercial buildings along the railway line and the yard, be expanded generously in the area of the new building yard.
The functions are arranged so that they follow the natural terrain course, always get along with the required minimum ceiling heights and yet for the north-west location
Residential zone are not visible.
An all-around and all-masking tape in Corten steel is used both as a weather protection and area for storage of various materials, and secondly as a parapet for the walkable green roof and noise barrier for the underlying residential zone. Along the south facade parapet this can also be used for the subsequent installation of photovoltaic panels.
