Visit to the St. Pauls Winery
Wines mature in places that are unique in their beauty and originality, just like the fine beverages they yield. The cellars are interesting places that are worth a visit in their own right. During a visit to the St. Pauls winery in Appiano, we got to know the local wines and learn more about the cultivation and processing of the grapes. The visit was an ideal opportunity to think about potential underground architectural solutions for cooling wine.
The St. Pauls winery takes its name from the village of St. Pauls, an old medieval village with many underground cellars. It produces quality wines, from white wines with distinctive character to expressive reds and pleasant rosés.
