Live with a view:
Live comfortable and authentic – and without the folkloristic “Heidiland” ambiente. Two houses have been built on one of the few still available plots, embedded in nature, with a spectacular panoramic view of the “Rosengarten”- and “Latemar”-massifs.
What can be more comforting than returning to your lavishly equipped home from an extended trek and to end the day with a glass of wine in front of a lit fireplace? Both houses are built in traditional craftsmanship style based on a modern design. The structures in wood and stone create that unique coziness and charisma found only in mountain areas. The art of finding the perfect compromise between traditional materials and contemporary simplicity is the secret of the modern alpine design.
A spacious but plain living area with huge glass fronts opens up towards the surroundings. You automatically focus on the breathtaking mountain panorama unfolding in front of your eyes.
The 3-storey house rests on a quarry-wall foundation produced by quarries in the area.
The ground floor consists of an entrance with a cloakroom, living- cum eating area with a kitchen, and a toilet. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a balcony for each room. All of this is designed and constructed as a massive wood structure. The garden floor sports a spacious room with ample glass front and incorporates a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
