This is the new concept that the monovolume architecture + design studio has studied for the holiday home complex under construction on the shores of Lake Garda.
Inspired by the characteristics of environmental sustainability, low impact on the landscape and high quality construction and architecture, the project is conceived as a scenography of multiple overlapping parallelepipeds, positioned on terraces that follow the natural slope and allow each individual flat to have a view of the lake.
The new construction looks like a transparent, incisive piece of architecture, the result of the aggregation of simple geometric elements: glass parallelepipeds on two levels, with continuous glazed terraces offering a 360° view of the brilliant Lake Garda. Bronze-coloured metal sunshades shelter the owners from the sunlight, guaranteeing their privacy. Each building is different from the other, while maintaining common features that give homogeneity to the overall design.
Each flat is equipped with all comforts and Casa Clima Nature certification guarantees its environmental and energy sustainability.
