LEVONI HEADQUARTERS

Circular Patterns, Vertical Nature

2021
headquarters

Amidst the agricultural landscape of Mantua, the new Levoni headquarters takes shape as a measured gesture of continuity and openness. An expansion of the existing complex that doesn’t aim to dominate, but instead integrates with respect and vision into the company’s productive history.

At the heart of the project is a large public square-park that opens the architecture to the local community. At the heart of thA shared green space that transforms the headquarters into a meeting point, and the boundary between company and territory into a living threshold.

The building, structured on three above-ground levels and three underground ones, presents itself as a compact yet porous volume, suspended between horizontality and lightness. The glazed facades are protected by staggered floor slabs that filter natural light, modulating it according to orientation. A dynamic geometry that ensures comfort, transparency, and visual continuity with the landscape.
The ground floor hosts public functions – a bistro, a shop, and a welcome area – while the hybrid first floor accommodates an auditorium, training rooms, and an exhibition on the company’s history. The second floor is dedicated to executive activities: open-plan offices and meeting rooms organised into a flexible, transparent system oriented toward collaboration.

Light tones, natural materials, and transparent surfaces give the building a sober, contemporary image, aligned with Levoni’s values of care and quality. Environmental strategies and passive solutions complete an architecture that does not declare, but subtly suggests – a silent story of an evolving identity. – a silent story of an evolving identity.
